 Unless otherwise stated, prices indicated are in Canadian dollars, FOB Soquelec International/Ottawa. The Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or provincial sales taxes are extra, if applicable. Any purchase not subject to GST and/or provincial sales tax must be accompanied by a faxed GST exemption certificate and/or provincial sales tax license number (this applies to Canadian customers only). Prices are based on quantities indicated and are subject to change without notice. For customers without open accounts at etweezers.com, payment is due immediately and is automatically charged to your credit card. For customers who have opened an account with etweezers.com, payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Unless otherwise specified, transportation charges will be prepaid and added to invoices as a seperate item. An extra charge may result if FOB point is other than Montreal, Canada.  Products in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days from the receipt of the order. Partial shipments will be made unless we are instructed not to do so. Back-ordered products will be shipped as soon as they become available and will be invoiced seperately as they are shipped. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, shipments will be made by means selected by etweezers.com (Soquelec International). Additional charges may apply to rush shipments.  On shipments with destinations other than FOB point, etweezers.com assumes no liability beyond delivery of material in good order to the carrier and is not liable for loss, damage or delay occuring thereafter. Packing material should be retained until physical appearance and operation of merchandice are checked (check immediately upon receipt). In the event of damage, regardless of FOB point of shipment, purchaser must arrange for an inspection report to be made out by the carrier's agent at once. Advise etweezers.com at of damages as we shall be pleased to render all reasonable assistance in securing satisfactory adjustments of your claim. If shipment is FOB destination, forward to etweezers.com a copy of the inspection report immediately; otherwise file your claim directly with the delivering carrier.  We guarantee all our products to be as advertised, although some photographs may depict the style rather than the actual "look" of the tweezer shown. These products are for research and personal use only. We offer no warranty and assume no responsibility for their use. Defective products are to be returned for replacement, repair or credit within 30 days of shipment. Some products may require inspection by etweezers.com (Soquelec International) prior to replacement or credit. Warranty on instruments will be as determined by their respective manufacturer. A "Return Material Authorization" (RMA) number is required for all returns. This number should be clearly indicated on all returned merchandice. Products ordered in error are subject to a 15% restocking charge. |
